How do I order?
Download the Virk app and place your order in the app.

What is a Virk Store?
A Virk Store is a kitchen where chefs, cooks, bakers, and food artisans will sell their food.
How do I change or cancel an order after I’ve placed it?
You will need to contact the Virk Store from which you ordered.
Who do I call to check on the status of my order?
You will need to call the Virk Store you placed your order with.
Something is wrong with my food. What do I do?

So, what does it cost to use Virk?
Virk is a free-to-use platform. If you opt into delivery, there is a fee.

You can change the information in your account at any time.
How do I redeem a promo code?
On the checkout page of your order, there is a spot to add a promo code.
Why does it tell me that a Virk Store doesn’t deliver to me?
Each Virk Store sets its delivery area. If it doesn’t deliver to you, you are outside its set delivery zone.
How does ordering for pickup work?
It works the same as delivery, except you will go to the Virk Store location to pick up your order in person.
